What's Covered

Manufacturing Defects

Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Battery Health

Free replacement if capacity drops below 80% within 2 years.

Display Issues

Dead pixels, screen burn-in, and display malfunctions.

Hardware Failures

Buttons, speakers, microphones, and sensors.

Bootloader Unlock Does NOT Void Warranty

Unlike other manufacturers, we don't punish you for customizing your device. Unlocking your bootloader, installing custom ROMs, or rooting your phone does not void your hardware warranty.

We only exclude software-caused damage (e.g., bricking from improper flashing). Hardware defects are still covered.

What's Not Covered

  • Accidental damage (drops, water damage beyond IP rating)
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications to hardware
  • Software issues unrelated to manufacturing
  • Devices purchased from unauthorized sellers
